- Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, property address, and project details when you fill out a quote request, use Septic IQ, or contact us (including through a Facebook/Instagram lead form).
- Septic IQ inputs — the property address and home details you enter so the tool can pull public soil data and estimate a system size and price for your lot.
- Automatically collected — basic usage data such as pages viewed, device/browser type, and cookie or pixel identifiers (see “Cookies & tracking”).
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare estimates, quotes, and feasibility reports.
- To schedule site visits, permitting, and work, and to communicate with you about your project.
- To improve our website, tools, and services.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting, scheduling, email/text, mapping and soil-data services), under agreements to protect it.
- With advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta/Facebook and Google) to measure and improve our ads — as described below.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Facebook / Meta lead forms
If you submit your information through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta collects it on its platform and shares it with us so we can follow up with your quote. Meta’s handling of your data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
Calls & text messages (SMS) consent
By providing your phone number, you agree that Tri-Lakes Contracting may contact you by phone call and text message about your inquiry, quote, or project. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop calling by telling us directly. Reply HELP for help.
Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and tracking pixels (including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site and to measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based ads through the platforms’ own ad settings.
