• Land Development & Site Preparation:
  We bring expertise in preparing even the most remote and rugged sites. On our current Colorado Project, located on the backside of Pikes Peak, our team executed large-scale deforestation, excavation, and land clearing for a two-story main dome and garage dome connected by a tunnel. Our deep knowledge of alpine environments allows us to handle complex terrain, ensuring your project gets off to the right start.
• Excavation & Utility Installation:
  We don’t just clear the land; we make it livable. Our excavation teams carve out access roads, install underground utilities, and ensure that even the most remote properties are fully integrated with essential services. Whether we’re running power lines through mountain passes or installing drainage systems, we manage every aspect of making your site functional and accessible.
• Septic & Cistern System Installation:
  In remote locations, like those we frequently develop, drilling a well may not be possible or may not be the preferred option for water supply. That’s why we specialize in installing advanced underground cistern systems that can be used to collect freshwater from high alpine mountain runoff and natural springs. These systems are designed to store potable water and can reliably supply the dome’s water needs for an entire family. At our current project site, we’re installing two 5025-gallon underground potable water tanks, buried below the frost line, ensuring a secure, year-round water solution when a well isn’t feasible or desired.
