Kyle Rossignol leads Tri-Lakes Contracting with extensive experience in civil construction, site development, and custom homebuilding across Colorado's mountain regions. He drives constructability and project execution, bringing deep experience in pre-construction estimating, risk reduction, and project planning on complex civil and vertical projects.

His background in commercial civil construction and remote site development built a strong foundation in site access, utilities, foundations, and construction logistics under demanding conditions — experience that shapes how he manages projects that require careful sequencing, early coordination, and disciplined execution.

Today, Kyle oversees projects from raw land through completed custom homes and specialty structures. His expertise spans civil site development, grading and utilities, onsite wastewater systems, and ground-up construction management, with an emphasis on constructability, schedule control, and quality outcomes.

He holds multiple Colorado contractor licenses and personally leads project execution with a focus on risk management, quality, and clear communication at every phase — delivering senior-led work built to perform in Colorado's most demanding environments.

Harold Grenville runs Tri-Lakes' field operations as Site Superintendent, directing the day-to-day work on every jobsite — crews, equipment, subcontractors, and inspections — while holding the line on safety, schedule, and quality.

With years of hands-on experience on Colorado mountain sites, Harold is the person who makes sure what's been drawn, engineered, and permitted actually gets built right on steep, rocky, remote ground. He keeps the moving parts coordinated in the field so the site work, foundations, and systems come together on schedule.

Camillo Ruiz manages projects from planning through delivery, keeping estimating, scheduling, client coordination, and sequencing organized and on track. He's the connective tissue between the office and the field.

Camillo turns plans, permits, and budgets into a clear path the crews can execute, and keeps clients informed at every phase — so projects move with fewer surprises and cleaner communication from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.

Ashley Hubeny oversees contracts administration, project documentation, and office operations for Tri-Lakes Contracting. She supports projects from pre-construction through closeout by managing contract records, billing workflows, change-order tracking, and project communications.

Ashley keeps documentation organized and coordination clear between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project leadership — the behind-the-scenes structure that keeps a project running smoothly from contract to closeout.
